SHIPPING POLICY

Most STF1 Graphix products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Because products are created specifically after an order is placed, fulfillment time is separate from shipping/transit time.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

After your order is placed, it is sent to the appropriate production facility for fulfillment. Production times can vary depending on the product, destination, order volume, and production facility.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when tracking is available.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Products in the same order may be fulfilled by different production facilities. As a result, an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount shown at checkout because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact STF1 Graphix as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact STF1 Graphix with your order number and details about the issue so we can investigate and determine the appropriate next step.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International availability depends on the product and destination. International shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.
